Le gîte pin parasol de dimension généreuse (plus de 100m2) est conçu pour recevoir 5 personnes dans les meilleures conditions. Il est aussi le point de rencontre si plusieurs gîtes sont loués par le même groupe.
Son salon cuisine à l’américaine de plus de 60m2 où chacun trouvera sa place de part et d’autre du bar peut recevoir sans problème plus de 15 personnes. La cuisine offre plaque de cuisson ; four à chaleur tournante, micro-ondes ; réfrigérateur/congélateur et lave-vaisselle, barbecue.
Il comprend 2 chambres, l’une à lit double, l’autre comprenant 3 lits 1 personne. Une mezzanine cosy avec télé et salon convertible abritera vos moments lecture, télé ou tour de France… ainsi que deux W-C et une salle de douche à l’italienne complètent cet équipement.
A l’extérieur trois terrasses orientées sud et ouest à la fois ensoleillées et ombragées par les chênes et tilleuls vous reçoivent pour vos repas barbecue ou farniente dans les hamacs. Ce gîte est contigu au gîte les amandiers et l’on y accède par une porte intérieure.
